22nd August 2003 Windsurfing: Bala Wind Direction: SW Wind Stength: Force 1/2 Surf / Sea State: flat Air Temperature: 20 Sea Temperature: 19 Weather: sunny Max Speed: Distance Covered: After seeing the wind blow all day in Shrewsbury, I convinced Clive that another session was possible before the big Bank Holiday lull. Got to Bala around 5.00 to find no one out and only the slightest breeze. So rigged up the big boys and went out for a cruise with a bit of freestyle. If I hadn’t gone I would have regretted it, so shame about the wind but A+ for effort. |
